2026 Boat Launch Request

The public boat landing on Lake Lucerne is now closed until at least the end of July, 2026 for a major renovation. During the closure, property owners (including guests and renters) can use the boat landing at Waters Edge, provided a boat launch or removal is pre-scheduled with the Lake Lucerne Advancement Association.

Please note the following:

  • Use of the Water’s Edge boat ramp is restricted to Lake Lucerne property owners only. Rental property owners will need to communicate this to their rentals so that their boats can be launched.
  • An appointment must be scheduled with the Lake Lucerne Advancement Association prior to use.
  • Appointment hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. NO drive ups. – We will work outside the Saturday and Sunday hours if needed. 
  • Emergency access will be considered on a case-by-case basis outside of Water’s Edge business hours.
  • Parking of vehicles or trailers is strictly prohibited.
  • All watercraft owners must comply with WIDNR Clean Boats, Clean Waters protocol.
  • Power loading is strictly prohibited
  • NO swimming from the Waters Edge docks.

Please realize that Lake Lucerne Advancement Association is a VOLUNTEER organization and therefore will not be staffing the boat landing at the Waters Edge.
