Lake Lucerne Advancement Association is Now a 501(c)(3) Organization

As of July 5th, 2024 the Lake Lucerne Advancement Association has been determined by the IRS to be exempt from federal tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).

We are sharing this information in order to maintain transparency with our members and the community.

Obtaining 501(c)(3) status was approved by the Board of Directors of the association at the October 23, 2023 Board Meeting.

Additional information will be shared at our Annual Meeting on Saturday August 31st. 2024.
