2026 Board and Officer Elections

Election, Voting Procedure and Candidate Bio’s

To be eligible to be a member of LLAA, an individual, family, business, organization must own property or
reside within on mile of the Lake Lucerne at least one month a year. Your yearly dues must be paid before
August 1 or on the date of Fun Days to be eligible to vote at the annual meeting. The Annual Meeting is on
Saturday August 29th.

Up to two individuals, who are members in good standing, may represent a family, business, or organization as
eligible voters. Each of those individuals may cast one vote on any question called to a vote. Absentee voting is
allowed for election of board members only.

Members wishing to vote for the Board by absentee ballot must request a ballot from the Secretary at least 10
days (August 19) prior to the Annual Meeting.
